This policy explains how personal data submitted through this website is handled. Surrey Land Projects acts as the data controller for enquiries about the Waddington Way development, marketing the homes on behalf of the developer, Red Banksia.
What we collect
When you complete the Register Your Interest form we collect your title, name, telephone number, email address, current address and postcode, your current selling position, the property you are interested in, your preferred contact time, and anything you choose to tell us in the message field.
We also record technical information sent by your browser, including the page you submitted from and any advertising click identifier, so that we can understand which marketing produced the enquiry.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, and keep you informed about availability at this development. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made of us.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the sales team acting for the development and with Red Banksia as developer. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which adverts generate enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted, unless we are required to keep them longer in connection with a transaction.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@surreylandprojects.co.uk.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
