Basis of sale

All homes at this development are offered for sale by private treaty on a freehold basis, with complete transfer of title. They are not offered under any shared ownership arrangement, nor under any subsidised or government-backed purchase scheme, nor by auction.

Images and plans

Computer-generated images, photography, floorplans and material samples are indicative only. Floor areas are approximate and measured in accordance with normal industry practice; they should not be used as a basis for fitted furniture or floor coverings. Landscaping and external finishes may vary.

Travel times

Train and bus journey times are taken from National Rail and the TfL Journey Planner respectively, based on off-peak journeys at the time of publication, and are for guidance only.

Warranty

Each home benefits from a 10-Year Structural Defect Warranty provided by Build Warranty UK. The warranty is subject to its own terms, which will be provided as part of the legal pack.
